Booking Terms
These terms apply when you request or book a beach day pass through beachpassksa.com. Please read them before sending a booking request: they explain how bookings are confirmed, how prices and payment work, and the rules that apply at each venue.
1. About Beach Pass
Beach Pass runs beachpassksa.com, a service for discovering and booking day passes at beach clubs, private beaches and water-sports venues in Jeddah. The venues listed on Beach Pass are independently owned and operated: Beach Pass arranges your booking with the venue, and the venue provides the facilities and services on the day.
By sending a booking request you confirm that you are an adult and that you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your group.
2. Booking requests and confirmation
- When you send a booking request, we receive your chosen venue, visit date and passes. A request is not yet a confirmed booking.
- We check availability with the venue and confirm your booking by email or phone. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from Beach Pass with your booking reference.
- If the venue cannot accept your request, we will tell you and, where possible, suggest another date or venue. You are never charged for a request we cannot confirm.
- Please make sure your name, email address and phone number are correct, so that we can reach you about your booking.
3. Day passes
- Each pass is valid for one person, for a single visit date, at the venue shown on your confirmation and during that venue’s opening hours.
- Passes are available for adults, children and maids accompanying the group. Age limits and children’s entry rules are set by each venue. If you are unsure, mention it in your booking notes and we will check with the venue for you.
- What a pass includes (for example beach or pool access, sunbeds or a food and drink credit) is described on the venue page and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
- Passes cannot be resold. Changes to the date or group size need our confirmation (see “Changes and cancellations”).
4. Prices
- Prices are shown per pass, per day, in Saudi riyals (SAR).
- The total shown when you send a request is an estimate based on the passes you choose. The final price is confirmed by Beach Pass in your booking confirmation, before you pay. It may differ from the estimate if, for example, the venue’s price changes for a special date or event.
- We will tell you about any taxes or additional charges before you pay.
- Food, drinks, activities and services that are not included in your pass are paid for at the venue, at the venue’s prices.
5. Payment
- For now, you pay after we confirm your booking (“pay on confirmation”). Your confirmation explains how to pay.
- We plan to add secure online payment, for example by card, mada and Apple Pay. When it is available, these terms will be updated to explain how it works.
- Beach Pass will never ask you to send your card details by email, phone or chat message.
6. Access days and venue rules
Venues run different types of day. The type for your visit date is shown on the venue’s calendar and in your confirmation:
- Family Day: entry is for families. Groups without family members may be refused entry at the venue’s discretion.
- Ladies Only: all adult guests, including accompanying maids, must be women. Entry for children follows the venue’s ladies-only policy.
- Women & Kids Only: entry is for women and their children only. Men cannot be admitted on these days.
When you book a Ladies Only or Women & Kids Only day, you confirm that your whole group meets the rule. The venue may refuse entry to guests who do not meet the access rules for the day, and any refund for those passes follows the venue’s policy.
Venues also set their own rules, for example on dress code and swimwear, outside food and drink, photography, smoking, music and behaviour. Please follow them and the instructions of venue staff and lifeguards. Venues may ask to see identification at the entrance, and all guests must respect the laws and public decency regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7. Children and maids
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult from their group at all times, including in and around pools and the sea. Lifeguards, where present, do not replace parental supervision.
- Maids (an accompanying nanny or helper) need a maid pass and must arrive, stay and leave with the group they are booked with. The group is responsible for them during the visit.
- Maids follow the same access-day rules as other guests. For example, on a Ladies Only day all maids must be women.
- Some venues do not admit maids. This is shown on the venue page, and maid passes cannot be booked for those venues.
8. Changes and cancellations
- To change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference at bookings@beachpassksa.com or +966 54 799 1746.
- We will try to move your booking to another date, subject to the venue’s availability.
- Cancellations, changes, refunds and missed visits follow each venue’s policy. We will tell you which policy applies when we confirm your booking, and Beach Pass confirms any change or refund with you case by case.
- If a venue cancels or closes on your visit date (for example because of weather or sea conditions), we will contact you as soon as we can about another date or a refund, in line with the venue’s policy.
9. Weather, sea conditions and safety
Beach days and water activities depend on the weather and sea conditions. Venues may close swimming areas or cancel activities at short notice for safety reasons. Water activities can have their own age, height, health or swimming-ability requirements, and the operator may ask you to sign a safety form. Please only take part in activities you are fit for, and follow every safety briefing.
10. Our role and liability
- Beach Pass acts as a booking intermediary. Each venue is responsible for its premises, facilities, food, activities and staff, and for the services it provides on the day.
- We take care to describe venues accurately, but facilities, opening hours and activities are set by the venues and can change. We will tell you about any important change we know of before your visit.
- To the extent permitted by law, Beach Pass is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of or damage to personal belongings at a venue.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11. Your personal data
We use the details in your booking to arrange your visit, including sharing what is needed with the venue. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: we will always try to resolve it with you directly.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we introduce online payments. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page when you sent your booking request.
